For RM20/kg you can iinmgae how valuable the durians will be for the planters, the higher the price the more pesticide they will spray. That’s what happen in Penang, I am pretty sure it is the same elsewhere. Durian kampong is much safer, better still unlike those famous durians which will have predictable taste, durians kampong on the other hand you wont know what you will get until you put in your mouth.
